These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betili ("betili", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the betili website located at https://betili.onl and all associated products, services, games, and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

betili operates as an online gambling and sports betting platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All Services are provided exclusively to users who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms, including the minimum age requirement of 21 years. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise using the betili platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

betili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://betili.onl/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the betili platform immediately.

To open a betili account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. betili strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated bots may not register accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any similar restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of betili or any of its affiliated companies.

betili reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents (including national ID card, passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification) from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by betili will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

To access the full range of betili Services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you provided change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. If betili discovers that you hold more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — betili reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. betili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betili support at [email protected] immediately.

betili reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to give reasons for doing so.

All deposits and withdrawals on betili are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). betili supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and betili reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment channels at any time.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your betili account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. betili does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the betili cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. betili aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. betili reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if betili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. betili reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with a schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

All bets placed on betili are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within the betili platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game or sport rules, the specific rules will prevail in relation to that game or sport.

Bet Acceptance: betili reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases where betili suspects that a bet has been placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any other irregular activity. betili also reserves the right to correct obvious errors in published odds.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the relevant event being cancelled or abandoned, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions affecting bet placement, or where betili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Voided bets will be returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

Live Betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to potential delays in acceptance owing to the real-time nature of the odds. betili will not be responsible for any loss arising from delays in bet processing during live events. Once a bet is confirmed as accepted within the betili system, the relevant odds are locked.

Maximum Winnings: betili applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are published within the platform and may vary by sport and market type. Winnings in excess of the published limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

betili may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game-type restrictions or minimum odds requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. betili reserves the right to cancel any bonus and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the opening of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

Promotional Eligibility: betili reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its absolute discretion. Promotions are offered to players in Bangladesh and may be subject to geographic eligibility restrictions. betili may run seasonal or event-based promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup, as well as cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. The availability of any specific promotion does not guarantee its continuation in future periods.

Abuse and Fraud: betili takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be exploiting promotional terms — including through arbitrage, matched betting across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of welcome offers — may have their bonus stripped, their winnings voided, and their account closed permanently.

betili is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All content on the betili platform — including but not limited to the betili brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, code, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of betili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use betili's intellectual property for any purpose other than using the Services as a registered player in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any part of the betili platform or its content without the prior written consent of betili. Unauthorised use of betili's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also be a criminal offence.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct when using the betili platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account use.
• Opening more than one betili account or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the betili platform in a manner not expressly authorised by betili.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the betili platform, its servers, databases, or any connected systems.
• Placing bets in connection with any form of match-fixing, corruption, or insider knowledge of the outcome of an event.
• Using betili for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, overloads, or damages the betili platform or interferes with any other player's use of the Services.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the betili platform.

betili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account associated with prohibited conduct, void all bets placed from such an account, forfeit any associated balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

The betili platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betili disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. betili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, betili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betili account during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if betili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits betili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

betili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a betili account, you consent to betili processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data betili collects, how it is used, how it is stored, and the rights you have in relation to your personal data.

betili may be required to disclose player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or other legal requirements. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable law and betili's internal compliance procedures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. betili will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute with a player through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal dispute resolution procedures.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the betili service, you should contact betili support at [email protected] in the first instance. betili will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a full response within a reasonable timeframe. betili's decision on any complaint shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

betili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betili will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered email address or mobile number associated with the player's account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication at https://betili.onl/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the betili platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the betili platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting [email protected].

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and betili with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: betili's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of betili's right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment: betili may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliated company or successor entity without notice to you. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without betili's prior written consent.

Force Majeure: betili shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond betili's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, government actions, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
